I have a Sunday ritual … I go to the market, have breakfast on the market, talk with the people there, think of how tough these people’s lives are and how lucky I am, buy my fruit, vegetables and always fresh flowers! Having such a weekly ritual is a great hack, a daily one is even better :-)
